Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are valid for all services offered by the Ski School Veraguth Flims. This website is operated by Claudio Veraguth in Flims, Switzerland.

The Ski School Veraguth is committed to offer professional and thorough services to its guests and to fully satisfy their needs and desires.

The costs for services, if not otherwise noted, are payable in Swiss Francs and payable in advance.

Ski tickets and rentals are not included in the price of lessons unless otherwise noted.

Dates of lessons are only guaranteed when fully paid in advance and confirmed from our side. After the initial inquiry, the cost of lesson must immediately be paid to reserve the date of lesson, otherwise this respective date will still be open for other inquiries (first pay, first taught). If a date of lesson is booked but the payment of the cost of lesson is due, the reserved date is explicitly not confirmed.

Cancellation of confirmed reservations need to be communicated to the Ski School Veraguth Flims at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the full charge is due. Over Christmas / New Year, the Ski School Veraguth Flims needs to be informed one week in advance otherwise full charge is due.

Lessons are held no matter the weather conditions.

Parents and relatives, in general every person who is not actively participating, are due to organizational, pedagogical and performance-related reasons not allowed to attend the lesson.

If the mountain railways can not operate their lifts because of unfavourable weather or malfunctions, lessons are tried to be postponed to different dates - if the guest/s or the ski school due to other bookings can not shift the date of the lesson, the half charge is payable

If unfavorable circumstances or any other reasons within 24 hours before a ski tour or during the course of a ski tour hinders the completion of it, the half charge is due.

We reserve the right to immediately cancel any ongoing lesson without refund, if guests don't follow our instructions or are lacking general disciplines and manners.

Between Christmas, New Year and February, morning half-day lessons need to be finished at least at 12 pm to ensure the timely start of the upcoming half-day lessons of other guests. Therefore the time for the railway transport from the main station up to the ski area can be added to the time of lesson if the start of the initial half-day lesson compromises the second half-day lesson.
